We had been here for dinner. At the restaurant we got served wrong order & the lady who was attending us behaved so bad. We were here on a holiday & she spoiled our mood with her attitude towards us. We even paid for the wrong order & asked not to parcel the wrong order. She banged the parcel on the table & forced us to take along. But we left it anyways. We don’t expect & appreciate such behaviour especially with the people on vacation who judge the place depending upon a single person. I hope the management takes this into consideration.

Excellent location-- in the police bazar, all amenities available, on walkable distance, value for money and family friendly -- i had stayed in family suit room, that was a spacious room with clean bathroom, kid enjoyed a lot

I stayed at The EE CEE Hotel,Shillong with my family from 16 th October'23 to 20 th October'23. Location Of the Hotel is too Good,it is just in the Police Bazar,main Market place of Shillong. Behaviour of the Hotel staffs are very Cordial. Room Services are also Very Good. The food quality of the restaurant is also Good. Only thing,I suugest to the Hotel authority,if possible to add more options in Complementary breakfast. Room rent is also reasonable.

Checked in on 14th Jun 2022 for 3 nights stay. Disappointed with the services and room During check in no one available to assist to room . Had to carry bags by myself. Bathroom was leaking and water drops falling from ceiling of all over the bathroom. but majorly disappointed with breakfast On first day they provided Sweet Vermicelli bread Aloo Soyabean Poori Soyabean is not an generic item and everyone doesn't like. we asked for some other ooption or if simple maggie can be provided . But staff rudely said these are the only option available Only one option in breakfast that too not generic totally disappointed We left without eating much Next day they had Sandwich which tastes worst . Never had such bad sandwiches and again Aloo Soyabean with plain paranthas. Asked they if they can provide stuff paranthas since that were already serving plain paranthas but totally refused and said this are only options available After too much argument with staff they provided dal fry that too with too much spices Dinner was also average

It's a decent place situated at the Police Bazaar. The entire market is at walking distance. The rooms are decent with basic amenities. The breakfast buffet needs major improvement. The staff also needs to buckle up, we had to carry our luggage on our own and there was chaos during breakfast
